In accessing any page of InfraNews you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by the conditions of use set out below each time you access the InfraNews website.

Use

InfraNews grants subscribers of the service the ability to copy, distribute, store, forward e-mails and information internally within the subscribing company and print off information derived from the InfraNews service. Inclusion of relevant sets of data in your internal current awareness bulletin is permitted.

  • Until such time as you (or the relevant Individual Subscriber) informs us otherwise, all Individual Subscribers have consented to Infra-News and companies in the same group as InfraNews emailing them from time to time with information relating to their products and services.


You hereby indemnify us and shall keep us indemnified in respect of any and all losses suffered by us, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in relation to claims, suits or actions brought by an Individual Subscriber resulting from any breach by you of the above warranties.

Governing Law

This Terms and Conditions will be read and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
